Really enjoyed our stay in this place. The breakfast with toast was savoury and tasty, had so much to choose from. All the employees were helpful and very welcoming. The location was particularly good and excellent, right by Poole quay, Poole, Dorset, and the train station, and the free parking was an excellent bonus.
Well, Wi-Fi was weak.

Overall, we would recomand this family-friendly hotel to others. The staff are superfriendly and very welcoming, the venue is fairly clean and the breakfast is savoury. The positives include marvellous location and parking onsite. The rooms are spacious and absolutely fantastic and the bathrooms are amazing.

Really enjoyed this family-friendly hotel, and we would want to stay there again. The location was absolutely perfect, relatively close to Lake Beach. Further, it was close to both Poole and Bournemouth, a nice park with a café and the quay for dinner.
